It depends on the service: Express Courier has no minimum (works for a single unit or sample), while Purchase Management and Forwarding work best from volumes that justify the shipment. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you which option fits.
It varies by service: Express Courier takes 5 to 12 days, Purchase Management 1 to 3 weeks (plus shipping), and Forwarding or DDP for larger volumes 4 to 10 weeks, depending on whether you choose sea or air freight.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is an import mode where your payment includes taxes and duties: you make a single payment and we handle the entire customs process, with no hidden costs or surprises when you receive your goods.
We guide you through all the customs and documentation steps. In general you'll need to be registered as an importer; we advise you on the specific steps for your situation and product type.
We run quality control before goods ship to minimize these cases. If a problem still occurs in transit, we help you file the corresponding claim based on the insurance and terms of the shipment.
